SCENT NOTES
Skopelitan Plum is a fruit forward and inviting scent that evokes a feeling of cozy warmth. Bright tangerine and a touch of black cherry enhance the dark sugared plum heart of this fragrance. Amber and vanilla base notes reinforce the sweetness of this scent, while musk and freesia add a light earthy dimension.
Skopelitan Plum candles are infused with natural essential oils, including cedar, bergamot, and clary sage.

MYTHOS
Skopelos is a Greek island in the western Aegean Sea. Skopelos is one of several islands which comprise the Northern Sporades isles.
According to the legend, Skopelos was founded by Staphylos, one of the sons of the god Dionysos and the princess Ariadne of Crete. In the Late Bronze Age the island, then known as Peparethos, was colonized by Cretans, who introduced viticulture to the island. Perhaps because of the legend of its founding by the son of the god of wine, the island was known throughout the ancient Greek cities of the Mediterranean Sea for its wine rich with plum flavor.
Today, Skopelos is known as the greenest island of the Aegean Sea, as well as “The Island of the Plums” and “The Plum Island of the Aegean”. Skoptelitan plums have been the source of the island's prosperity for decades. Eight varietals of black, red, and yellow plums are grown on Skopelos annually and are harvested from mid-June to Mid-September.
Our candles are hand poured in small batches and contain clean-burning premium soy wax, lead-free cotton wicks, as well as fragrance and essential oil blends that are free from phthalates, carcinogens, toxins, animal ingredients, and colorants. These standards provide a clean, long-lasting burn and a captivating experience of unique and inviting scents.

Each candle comes in a modern recyclable cardboard package that keeps wax dust free when the candle is not in use, and makes each candle ready for gifting.

Set candle on a hard, heat resistant, non-porous surface in case of spilled wax pools.
For a clean burn, trim wick before each use. Snuff the flame out when 1/4 inch of wax remains.
Never leave a lit candle unattended or alone with children or pets, or near flammable items.
Our bubble candle labels are curbside recyclable and are categorized under plastic category 4 LDPE, or low-density polyethylene.
The cardboard container used to house our bubble candles is curbside recyclable under Plain Paper PAP-22 or Mixed Paper PAP-21.
